Villane Building & Development, LLC was founded in 1996 by David and Don Villane. We saw a need for customized homes in Westfield, NJ and throughout Union County and decided to follow in our family’s footsteps to build gorgeous homes that meet the needs of different lifestyles.
It all started with our grandfather, Dominick Villane migrating from Italy. Dominick began running a home construction business in the 1940s and spent his career building homes and streets in Westfield, NJ. He later asked his sons (our father and uncles) to join his team. They watched and learned everything from him. He believed in strong family values, traditions, integrity and professionalism were all needed to run a successful business.
Today, they are still the core values of Villane Building and Development and we continue to pass them down to third and fourth generations joining our team. For over 20 years we have remained true to our commitment to build custom homes of distinction. Our company is one of the most respected and sought after in the business.
